I am impressed. Took a little while to get used to the vertigo feeling and ear tingling, but now I hardly notice it. Slight headache in the beginning, but passed quickly. I have struggled with insomnia my entire life, and within a week that was significantly improved. I can say now after a few weeks my insomnia seems 80% improved. In the beginning I used it 2 x 40 min a day, morning and afternoon. Now I use it once 40 min a day. As for depression I do not know to be honest as I am also doing allot of other things as well, but my depression have also improved.
